The Present:
The community of gay men known as Bears is a powerful and growing demographic. They are fiercely loyal to brands that are perceived as having genuine involvement in their community. Bears travel to social weekends, or "Runs" throughout the world all year round, and usually have above-average disposable income levels. Having a presence in this community can give your business an opportunity to market to a targeted audience and allow you to develop brand loyalty with this group of consumers. We invite you to consider sponsorship of an established and well known concert event called Bearapalooza that brings talented performers to Bear events and GLBT establishments across the country.

The Past:
Bearapalooza has a 9 year history of a wide variety of performances We have had shows and festivals all over the US. The show has travelled to Boston, New York, Baltimore, Washington DC, Philadelphia, Raleigh, Tampa, Millwaukee, Nashville, Detroit, Chicago, Indianapolis, Louisville, Seattle, Savannah, Columbus, West Virginia, Abany, Rochester,and Buffalo. We are now at our new home of Roy's Hideaway Campground where we have 2 annual festivals Since 2002, Bearapalooza has touched the lives of countless musicians and music fans, bringing a special sense of diversity and pride wherever it goes. It has been covered in Attitudes UK, Time Out NY, The Church Street Freedom Press, the NY Blade, Philadelphia Gay News, A Bears Life, Seattle Gay News, and many other national and local publications, and has been featured on various Radio Programs and Podcasts such as Sirius OutQ, B-Talk, BearPodcast, HomoPod Radio, Queer Music Heritage on KPFT in Houston, Quest of Life on WRPI in Troy NY, the Bear Radio Network and many more. The first Bearapalooza was also featured in a story on the PBS program "Under the Pink Carpet"

The Future:
After 9 years of bringing you the incredible talents of Bear artists, the magic continues as we celebrate the music, the family, the history and the phenomenon that is, Bearapalooza! We are once again taking this celebrated concert event nationwide in 2012. It's going to be another history making year , the biggest yet, full of great music, new Bear artists and Bear brotherhood!
